Due to pressures by some PARADOX distributors, we have managed to delay the announce measure a few days ago.

The Canadian manufacturer has realized this measure would put Paradox installers and monitoring stations in an impossible situation, unable to manage payments -as they did not provide a payment management tool for legacy sites and there was no way to know the payment status of a system.

Paradox keeps connectivity service uninterrupted for all legacy systems independently if they are SWAN or MQTT.

This may change in a future announcement, but only in case of the launch of an adequate management portal for installers and monitoring stations to handle their payments, with the corresponding notification. 

Paradox portal is expected to launch in March 2025 for M systems for full administration.

Their previous decision was based on the need to alleviate the burden on our legacy servers, eliminating the probability of any service disruption when it happened in the past.

Paradox was not aware that this would put installers in an uncertain situation.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may have occurred due to previous reasons, and we are taking all measures to prevent the cease of services.
