RMA Policy
CASE 1
WRONG order delivery due to SECURimport notified prior to 7 NATURAL days after billing date: SECURIMPORT ASSUMES THE PICKUP AND RETURN COSTS.
CASE 2
FAULTY/DAMAGED material and notified prior to 7 NATURAL days after billing date: SECURIMPORT ASSUMES THE PICKUP AND RETURN COSTS.
– No substitution material will be sent until it is checked the bad function of the product by our technicians.
– If it is confirmed that the material works correctly, it will be return plus a €19 + IVA charge corresponding to the time passed during the checking.
CASE 3
FAULTY/DAMAGED material and notified after 7 NATURAL days after billing date and before the final warranty period: MATERIAL WILL BE SENT TO SECURIMPORT WITH DELIVERY COSTS PAID, AND SECURIMPORT WILL RETURN IT PAYING THE DELIVERY COSTS
– No substitution material will be sent until it is checked the bad function of the product by our technicians.
– If it is confirmed that the material works correctly, it will be return plus a €19 + IVA charge corresponding to the time passed during the checking.
STEP BY STEP
STEP 1
Access your user account introducing your email address and password.
Click in “RMA Request”.
STEP 2
Wait to receive an RMA acceptance by our SAT department. At that moment, an RMA NUMBER will be provided which will need to be visible in the exterior of the packaging.
(NO PACKAGING WILL BE COLLECTED WITHOUT RMA BEEN ACCEPTED PRIORLY).
STEP 3
Send the package CARRIED PAID to the following address:

* NO PACKAGING WILL BE COLLECTED WITHOUT RMA NUMBER VISIBLE IN THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE.
RETURNS POLICY
We will only accept RETURNS requested before 7 NATURAL days after billing date.
In the event of RETURN acceptance, it is possible to choose between a COUPON for future purchases or money REIMRBURSEMENT.
No reimbursement will take place until the product is received and checked by our SAT staff, and verified it is IN PERFECT CONDITION FOR SALE (including packaging and accessories).
In returning products, carriage payments will be at client’s expense.
The maximum period of time to receive returning in SECURimport warehouse will be 15 NATURAL days from billing date.
In any case, no returning will take place if requested after 7 natural days from billing date.
