General Terms and Conditions



 

1. General

The present General Conditions regulate the sales and provision conditions commercialized by Securimport Technology, Ltd (henceforth Securimport) 
with all its clients.

These conditions will come into effect at the time of placing an order by any 
of the means described herein.​


2. Formalization of Orders

Orders can be made through our website: www.securimport.com, or by 
phone (+34) 963 801 887, or by email at comercial@securimport.com, 
or directly in our facility.​


3.Tariffs and Current Products

In order to access our prices, you must register through the following 
link: CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

The clients that ask for professional tariff will be contacted by one of 
our sales members with the purpose of activating such tariff.​


4. Opening your Account

To open an account as a Securimport’s professional client, you must 
fulfil the registration form that you will find at our website under the 
name CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Once your data is verified by our sales 
team, one of its members will get in touch with you.​


5. Payment Forms

– Transfer/Account deposit

One your order is made, and knowing the total price to pay, this payment will be made by cash payment or transfer to one of our related accounts recorded in the purchase or proforma invoice. Once payment is done, the client will provide the bank receipt by email to comercial@securimport.com. Upon receiving the email confirmation, the Sales department will authorise the sending.

– Card credit (TPV Virtual Sabadell Bank)

The total amount to pay will appear in the TPV Virtual alongside the order reference, and it will only be needed to indicate the card number (VISA or MasterCard), the expiring date, the security digits, and to send.

– COD (Cash on Delivery)

The order will be sent to the delivery address, and it will be paid in cash to the delivery driver.

– Paying at our facilities: Cash or Credit card

It is possible to pay the order/s at pickup in our warehouse or facilities, paying in cash or credit card.

– Direct Debit

It must be approved previously after previous case study of each client by our Finance Department.

In any case, all first operations can reach up to €3,000 net in billing, it will be made by down payment (transfer, card credit, COD or similar).

All operations done by Direct Debit will be insured by “Solunion Seguros de Crédito”.

In case of unpayment, it will be notified to Solution so a claims process will 
take place. The Direct Debit option will be eliminated for that particular client.​


6. Handling and Deportments

The order surpassing €500 net value will be delivered without any transport cost (only within Spain).

For those order not reaching the before mentioned amount, a 6,9€ flat tariff 
+ IVA (main Spain and Baleares) will be applied.​

For main Spain, Baleares and Portugal, orders will be delivered by courier 
(SEUR and GLS) in 24/48h.​

For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, orders will be delivered by sea (SEUR), therefore the delivery time will be up to the transport agency (approximately 
7 days).
For the rest of the world, delivery costs will be determined on a case-by-case situation by previous study of the case, or will be sent will the due deportments/tariff.
All orders collected at our warehouse/facilities will not incur in handling or deportment costs.​

Para Resto del Mundo, el Coste de envío se determinará previo estudio o se enviará a portes debidos.

Todos los pedidos que se recojan en nuestras instalaciones no generarán gasto alguno de Portes.


7. Warranty

Securimport guarantees all products and equipment are sold against any manufacturing defect, providing a 3-year warranty form the delivery date.

Hard disks warranty, CD-RW/DVD-RW units and monitors are up to manufacturer’s warranty. Feeder lines, batteries and other power supplies 
will have a 1-year warranty.​

Exemptions to warranty:

1.All components likely to deterioration due to normal use of the equipment, as well as any other equipment lacking a corresponding series number.

2. That equipment that due to defective installation, bad upkeeping, bad or inadequate handling, and/or adverse weather conditions are likely to be deteriorated or faulted.


 


Any effective intervention done by any person non-authorised by Securimport will deem in automated warranty nullity.

Any warranty is excluded for incidents resulting from negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance, improper use, or use for purposes other than those intended for this material.

Warranty will be handled by Securimport’s technical department. Securimport’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the products free of charge if faulty material or manufacturing is proven.

Delivering equipment to Securimport must be done with all accessories, guidelines, and original packaging in perfect condition, not allowing writing and/or labelling (either by client or logistic company) over the products original packaging and/or accessories/components manipulation.

Any damage incurred by an incorrect installation, power surge, electrostatic discharge, atmospheric phenomena, incorrection firmware substitution or manipulation, will invalidate the warranty of said equipment.

– Equipment with seals from the clients or third-party over the original packaging will not be accepted.

– Writing and/or labelling directly over the original packaging will not be accepted.

– Equipment without the original packaging, or with damaged or battered packaging, will not be accepted.

 In the event of any of the previous cases being met, SECURIMPORT TECHNOLOGY LTD reserves the right to apply any devaluation between 10% to 100% over the amount of the equipment.


8. RMAs and Returning

9. Restorage Costs

The client can return all products acquired from Securimport within the 7 days prior to receiving them -by negotiating the devolution with Securimport. Past this time, the Sales Department will accept said returning by discretion charging the equivalent restock value between 10% to 50% the equipment value on the time of the purchase -which will be resent in regards to the equipment in case. In any other case, you shall specify it at the time of the purchase so it is registered in the delivery document.


10. Repairs

Any equipment reparation out of warranty will have a minimum charge equivalent to 30 minutes of SAT (€19 + IVA). Verifying any equipment lacking breakdown will apply the minimum charge of SAT..


11. Special Orders

It is possible to order equipment not included in the general pricing tariff 
under the following conditions:​

– The order will be under non-revocable reimbursement consideration.

– 50% non-reimbursable amount of price must be prepaid.


12. SAT

In the event that Securimport’s SAT presence is required on installations done or to be done by client, said client will assume commute, relocation and food costs of the SAT member. We will also charge the worked hours according to our current tariffs.


13. Responsibility

In any case, Securimport can be considered responsible of direct or indirect damages of material or unmaterial (especially in the event of loss of income, loss of discounted benefits, etc) suffered by clients as a consequence of misuse or bad operation of the sold installations or material, or any faulty installation of provided equipment. It is excluded from any responsibility by prejudice suffered by the client.


14. Jurisdiction

 In the event of any discrepancy by the parties, the jurisdiction will be under the Valencian Courts -each party will expressly waive its own jurisdiction if it differs.


15. Data Protection

n line with GDPR, we inform you that personal data provided by yourself will be incorporated to an automated archive property of Securimport Technology Ltd. The purpose of this archive is to facilitate information and management to provide our services. Said information will save and managed by Securimport with due confidentiality, applying the necessary measures to avoid access or misuse of data, its manipulation, fault or loss.

In any case, you can exercise your right to access your data, rectify it or cancel it in regards, addressing your request to the address of the data controller..
